General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all bookings and services of Alpingo Taxi, in particular for trips booked via the online form on our website.
Deviating or supplementary agreements are only effective if they have been confirmed in writing.
2. Booking and Provision of Information
2.1 Trips can only be booked between locations offered or confirmed by Alpingo Taxi.
2.2 When booking, all required information must be provided correctly and completely – in particular departure and destination, date and time of the trip as well as contact information.
2.3 Alpingo Taxi reserves the right to reject bookings if incomplete or incorrect information is provided.
2.4 After successful booking, the customer will receive a booking confirmation by email. Only with this confirmation is the transport contract considered concluded.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Customers can choose between the following payment methods:
- Cash Payment: The fare is paid directly to the driver during the transfer.
- Card Payment: The fare is paid directly to the driver during the transfer.
3.2 All prices are in Euros and include the legally applicable value added tax.
4. Cancellation of Bookings
4.1 Cash Payment: Bookings made with the cash payment option can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
4.2 Card Payment: Bookings paid by card payment are non-refundable. The amount is debited directly at the time of booking and cannot be refunded.
4.3 Individual Solutions: Regardless of the chosen payment method, the customer can contact Alpingo Taxi by phone at any time to discuss individual solutions.
4.4 If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location on time, the right to the trip is forfeited without any claim to reimbursement.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1 Alpingo Taxi is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, road closures, accidents, technical defects or traffic delays).
5.2 Alpingo Taxi assumes no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from delayed arrival (e.g., missed flights or connecting flights).
5.3 The customer is obliged to choose the booked pickup time in such a way that there are sufficient time reserves for traffic and processing.
6. Data Protection
6.1 The personal data of customers is used exclusively for processing bookings and providing services.

7. Changes to the T&C
Alpingo Taxi reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. The conditions published at the time of booking apply.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 By booking a trip, the customer agrees to these T&C.
8.2 The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of Alpingo Taxi.
8.3 If individual provisions of these T&C are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
